Jacob Stahler fancies himself as a disruptor. Not just for "markets" he participates in but within general mindset or even business itself. As times change, so do approaches when it comes to marketing, staff management, client engagement, training, etc. Prior to owning his own businesses and doing his own things, Jacob was chasing the C Suite at companies he would help take to market. He helped make many people rich who would then destroy their companies from the inside by just being lazy and greedy.
Jacob always felt businesses focused heavily on coaching brand specific "how to" things versus trying to figure out how to unlock the employees and create an army of high performers. A script can be a tool, but they aren't meant to be recited like a robot. There are better ways to coach communication for success in client interactions, this includes the service side. Sales don't matter if you can't service the clients.
