Kevin Oneil is the CEO- Destiny Water Adventures. In 2008 in Detroit, Michigan, Kevin was a plumber's apprentice  who lost his job and had no other prospects he was offered a job working on boats in Key West, Florida from a friend  who had moved to the area.  From there, after 10 years of building up sales and marketing and being promoted to para-sail captain, Kevin and his family took a vacation to the Fort Walton Beach/Destin Area, fell in love and moved there from Key West to start Destiny Water Adventures 

We cover in this episode sales and marketing, building a healthy culture among employees, creating mentorship for your employees and what it means to be the captain of your life. In this entertaining episode, Kevin shares what it takes to truly take advantage of networking events a near fatal heart attack and various other stories that are on the surface just fun to hear but hold great knowledge if you have an ear to hear and you're willing to apply it.
