Sam Kaufman started as a cabinet installer helper in his early 20's. As Sam fell in love with the trade side of the services he provided Sam began to notice a trend in negative customer experience in the construction industry. As he grew into leadership roles and learned how to effectively manage and train other people it became clear that in order to be change I wanted to see I would have to set out on a mission to start his own company in the Charleston, SC area.
